Playing a club sport is a great way to continue your athletic experience, enjoying the camaraderie and fellowship that a team sport provides. Or learn a new sport and make new connections with the wide variety of club sport offerings that Grace provides. Grace is continually updating its offerings of club sports, and the list of current club sports is below. All club sports are co-ed unless otherwise mentioned.
Grace’s college bass fishing team was established in 2019 and began competing in 2020. The team practices on Winona Lake, but that’s not the only area lake they enjoy. Kosciusko County is home to more than 100 lakes and streams. A rotating practice schedule gives team members a chance to fish at a number of these lakes and helps train students on how to identify strong fishing spots for competitions.Â
If you’re looking for colleges with women’s Rugby, the ¶¶Òõpro Rugby Club is a way for the ¶¶Òõpro community to experience one of the most dynamic and popular sports in the world as well as one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. A combination of strength, endurance, and physicality makes rugby a well-rounded sport that can be played by anyone. All fitness and experience levels are welcome, even those who have never touched a rugby ball in their lives.
The ¶¶Òõpro Shooting Sports Club is open to any student whether or not they have shotgun clay target shooting experience. The club focuses on gun safety, introduction of the sport to new shooters, developing enhanced shooting skills, and simply having FUN. We strive to promote a positive image of shooting sports, provide opportunities for leadership development among members and enhance community awareness of safe shooting practices.
